CompTIA™ and A+® and...
It is certainly no surprise I have been unhappy with CompTIA for a number of years. I have been quite vocal on the matter.
And times have changed. While I was hopeful when I took the DHTI+Ô beta exam, the crown jewels belong to A+. Well the results are in. The 600 series tests are indeed, fair. Some would even say, easy. I won't go that far. I think they are fair and demonstrate a candidates understanding.
While CompTIA is not the end all, be all... It is a dramatic step back from the 6 years of lunacy. It is my hope they continue back to the great place they once held.
